Discord Banner Requirements
To successfully resize your discord server or profile banners, the source image needs to meet a few requirements.
The file size must be less than 10mb.
If parts of your banner are transparent, then the file will need to be a PNG file to preserve these transparency values.

How To Add a Discord Profile Banner
- Discord Nitro is required in order to add a profile banner on Discord
- Open User Settings
- Go to Profiles
- You can select the "Main Profile" or "Per Server Profiles" tabs to customize for specific servers
- Find the "Change Banner" button
- Select the banner that you've resized using our tool and confirm.
How To Add a Discord Server Banner
- Level 2 Server required to upload a banner. Level 3 is required for animated banners
- Go to server settings -> Overview
- Find and select "Server Banner Background"
